Vert will be closed 11 November in honor of Veterans Day. Office and Dedicated Desk members have 24/7 access as always. Vert Fitness members can access the fitness rooms 4 am – Midnight.
Two Offices Available
One includes a large storage area and is approximately 190 sq ft. The other is 120 sq ft. Private and quiet with a separate entrance!
24/7 Access to Everything!
Get a dedicated desk with us and work/workout everyday when you need it! Sauna at 2 am- sure! Got a deadline that requires an all-nighter – no problem. Starting at $350.
Vert Fitness Day Passes
You kept asking, we’ve made it happen. Visitors who just want to workout can access our amazing fitness facilities (weight room, functional training room & studio) between 8-5, Monday – Friday (holidays excepted). Bring a towel for saunas & showers!
Coworking
Vert Coworking provides flexible workspaces, private offices, meeting areas, phone booths, a podcast room, high-speed Wi-Fi, and locally sourced coffee, creating a productive environment. All memberships include access to Vert Fitness facilities. Members enjoy a balance of collaboration, focus and inspiration with access to both indoor and outdoor amenities.
Fitness
Vert Fitness combines indoor and outdoor adventures with a functional training area, weight room and a barre/yoga/heavy bag studio. Available classes include barre, functional fitness, self-defense and hi-intensity heavy bag workouts. Lake Estes, the Big Thompson River, and the trails of Rocky Mountain National Park & Roosevelt National Forest are just minutes from our front door. Explore on your own or with an expert from KMAC, the guide company onsite. Locker rooms include showers, saunas and Hyperice recovery tools. Chiropractic, massage and spinal flow providers are in the building!
Events
Vert CoWorking offers flexible event spaces for business and personal gatherings, including a tech’d out conference room for up to 16 people, a spacious great room with fireplaces, a magnificent upper-level deck and a large, treed field, all with spectacular views of Rocky Mountain National Park and the Continental Divide. Perfect for meetings, reunions, and celebrations, the venues combine versatility with stunning surroundings.
